Playinmatch iOS: how to use it on iPhone

Apple does not list exchange apps in the Indian App Store, so there is no Playinmatch iOS download. The fix takes thirty seconds. You turn the website into a home screen app, and it behaves like one: full screen, its own icon, no Safari bar.

1. Open Safari and go to the Playinmatch login link we sent on WhatsApp. Use Safari, not Chrome; only Safari can add web apps on iPhone.
2. Tap the Share button, the square with an arrow at the bottom of the screen.
3. Scroll the list and tap Add to Home Screen.
4. Name it "Playinmatch" and tap Add. The icon appears next to your other apps.
5. Open it from the home screen, log in with your ID and password, and tick "remember me" if you see it.

Unknown sources. Android asks you to allow installs from the app you used to download. The path differs by version. On Android 8 to 13: Settings, Apps, Special app access, Install unknown apps, then pick WhatsApp or Chrome and switch it on. On Android 14 and 15 the same toggle sits under Settings, Security and privacy, More security settings. You can turn it off again after the install.

Battery saver. Switch battery saver off during the install. Aggressive power modes on some phones kill the installer in the background, and you see a spinner that never ends. Turn it back on once the app opens.

iPhone web app tips: notifications, full screen and Safari cache

The Add to Home Screen steps above get you in. These settings make the iPhone web app feel like the Android APK.

Full-screen mode. Always open Playinmatch from the home screen icon, not from a Safari tab. The icon version hides the address bar and the tab strip, so odds tables and the Teen Patti layout get the whole screen. If you ever see the Safari bar, you opened a link from WhatsApp instead of the icon; close it and use the icon.

Notifications. On iOS 16.4 and later, home screen web apps can send notifications. If the platform asks "Allow notifications?", tap Allow to get bet-settled and deposit-credited alerts. You can change this later under Settings, Notifications, Playinmatch. If you never see the prompt, the platform has not enabled it; it does not affect login or play.

Clearing Safari cache. When the web app shows an old layout, a blank lobby or a login that keeps spinning, the cause is usually a stale cache. Go to Settings, Safari, Advanced, Website Data, search the site name and swipe to delete it. Then open the home screen icon again and log in fresh. Do not use "Clear History and Website Data" unless you are happy to log out of every other site too.

Low Data Mode and Low Power Mode. Low Data Mode (Settings, Mobile Data, Mobile Data Options) pauses background refresh, so live rates can lag by a few seconds. Switch it off while you follow an in-play match. Low Power Mode has the same effect on screen refresh; it is fine for casino, less good for session markets.

Updating, reinstalling and removing the Playinmatch app

When the update prompt appears. The app checks the server at launch. If your build is too old, you see a message asking you to update, sometimes with a button that opens a link. Do not tap links inside that prompt unless you are sure where they go. Close the app, open our WhatsApp chat, ask for the current build, and install from there. The prompt disappears once the new version is on the phone.

Updating over the top. Installing the new APK over the old one keeps the app icon in place and keeps you logged in on most phones. Android may ask "Do you want to update this app?"; tap Update. If it says "App not installed" because the signatures differ, uninstall first and install clean.

Reinstalling. Uninstall removes the app and its cache from the phone. It removes nothing from your account: balance, open bets, history and bonus are on the server. After reinstalling, you log in again with the same ID and password. Keep the ID saved in your WhatsApp chat with us or in a notes app, not only in the app's remembered login.

Removing the app from a shared or sold phone. Log out first, then uninstall. Logging out ends the session on the server; uninstalling alone does not.
